HMD Global has planned to release Android 10 update for more than a dozen mobile phones. After Nokia 9 Pureview, Nokia 7.1 and Nokia 8.1 in Q4 this year it will be Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 1 Plus and Nokia 5.1 Plus in que for the update in Q1 2020.

The Nokia 8 Sirocco TA-1005 comes with a 5.5-inch 2560 x 1440 pixels P-OLED Always-On display. It’s backed by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 chipset with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB inbuilt storage.
It comes with a dual rear camera and 5 mega pixel front facing camera with a 3260 mAh battery with a fast charging and Qi wireless charging facility.
Nokia Android 10 Update
When launched in February 2018 at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the device was with the Android 8.0 Oreo version and it got the Android 9.0 Pie version earlier this year. It’s time for it to get the Android 10 update.
Nokia 3.1 Android firmware updates
The Android 10 update for Nokia 8 Sirocco will be released in Q1 2020 and it might happen in the month of January alongside the monthly security patch updates.
How to Update
Nokia releases firmware via Over the Air update (OTA) and so you will not require any wire or PC to update your device to the latest version. For simplicity, you will get an update notification on your device.
